📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in maintaining accurate financial records and preparing monthly financial statements.
• Prepare and process invoices, receipts, and other financial documents.
• Assist with the preparation of tax returns and other financial reports.
• Update and maintain financial databases using QuickBooks or similar software.
• Conduct data analysis to identify trends and provide insights for financial decision-making.
• Assist with the preparation and presentation of financial reports to stakeholders.
• Participate in special projects and tasks as assigned by the finance team.
• Maintain strict confidentiality and adhere to all financial regulations and company policies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Currently pursuing a degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in accounting or bookkeeping (internships or part-time work will be considered).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
• Familiarity with accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent analytical skills.
