📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Monitor and maintain the health and safety of children in accordance with established protocols.
• Assist with the administration of medications and treatments as directed by the Head Nurse.
• Provide first aid and emergency care to children when necessary.
• Support teachers in implementing educational activities and maintaining a clean, organized environment.
• Assist with feeding, bathing, and other daily care routines for children.
• Document and report any health issues or incidents to the Head Nurse and relevant authorities.
• Participate in team meetings and professional development activities.
• Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations and guidelines.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Assistant Nurse or similar role in a childcare setting.
• Valid certification as an Assistant Nurse or equivalent qualification.
• Strong knowledge of child health and safety protocols.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well in a team and under pressure.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Experience with childcare software and electronic health records is a plus.
