Hotel Dian Butik is looking for an experienced Assistant Store Manager to join our team in Cilacap, Jawa Tengah. This is an immediate opening, so we need someone who can start right away.

As an Assistant Store Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing our store operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving sales growth.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Manage daily store operations, including inventory, sales, and customer service.
  • Lead and motivate a team of store staff to achieve sales targets.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Monitor store performance and implement strategies to improve sales and customer satisfaction.
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.
  • Assist in the training and development of store staff.
  • Conduct regular stock checks and manage inventory levels.
  • Assist in the preparation of monthly and annual reports.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a retail or store management role.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good understanding of inventory management and sales strategies.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Proficient in using basic computer software and office tools.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field is a plus.
  • Familiarity with the Indonesian retail market is an advantage.
