📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in managing the day-to-day operations of the store, including inventory control, sales, and customer service.,Oversee the hiring, training, and development of store staff.,Ensure the store meets all health and safety regulations.,Monitor store performance and implement strategies to improve sales and customer satisfaction.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.,Conduct regular stock checks and ensure accurate record-keeping.,Assist in the development and implementation of marketing and promotional activities.,Collaborate with the store manager to achieve store targets and goals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a retail or store management role.,Proven track record of successful store management.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Familiarity with retail software and systems.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.,Knowledge of Indonesian retail market and consumer behavior.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
