As a Boilerman, you will be responsible for monitoring and maintaining the boiler systems, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Monitor and maintain boiler systems to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
- Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance on boiler equipment.
- Troubleshoot boiler issues and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and environmental standards.
- Collaborate with the engineering and technical teams to improve boiler system performance.
- Perform routine testing and calibration of boiler controls and instruments.
- Document all maintenance activities and boiler performance data.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety and hygiene standards.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Boilerman or similar role in a palm oil mill or industrial setting.
- Certification in Boiler Operation and Maintenance (BOMI) or equivalent.
- Knowledge of boiler systems, controls, and instrumentation.
- Experience with boiler troubleshooting and repair.
- Strong understanding of safety protocols and environmental regulations.
- Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively.
- Familiarity with using tools and software such as MS Office, AutoCAD, and boiler management systems.
- Valid driver's license and ability to drive company vehicles.
