📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement learning and development programs to enhance employee skills and performance.,Design and deliver training programs, workshops, and seminars.,Assist in the creation and maintenance of learning materials and resources.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and provide feedback for improvement.,Collaborate with department heads to understand training needs and align programs with organizational goals.,Monitor and report on the progress of learning and development initiatives.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in learning and development.,Provide coaching and mentoring to employees to support their professional growth.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in learning and development or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of learning theories and instructional design principles.,Excellent communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in using learning management systems (LMS) and other relevant software.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Experience in conducting needs analysis and designing training programs.
