📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the development and implementation of recruitment strategies to attract top talent.,Conduct job postings and manage the recruitment process from candidate sourcing to onboarding.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and ensure a smooth recruitment process.,Screen and interview candidates to assess their fit for the role and company culture.,Maintain and update the applicant tracking system to ensure efficient recruitment processes.,Provide administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team and contribute to team goals.,Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in recruitment to continuously improve processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.,Strong understanding of recruitment processes and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and applicant tracking systems.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations is a plus.
