📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and develop training programs that align with the company's strategic goals and objectives.,Create and deliver training materials, including e-learning modules, workshops, and presentations.,Conduct needs assessments to identify training requirements and gaps.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.,Collaborate with department heads and managers to ensure training programs meet their specific needs.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in learning and development.,Provide coaching and mentoring to employees to support their professional growth.,Assist in the development and implementation of the company's talent management strategy.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in learning and development, training, or a related field.,Strong knowledge of learning theories and instructional design principles.,Experience with e-learning platforms and tools, such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, or similar.,Excellent communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software tools.
