📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee all HR activities including recruitment, onboarding, training, and employee relations.,Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.,Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the company's goals.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.,Manage employee benefits and compensation packages.,Coordinate with management to address employee concerns and issues.,Lead and mentor junior HR staff.,Participate in strategic planning sessions to support the company's growth.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English and Indonesian.,Familiarity with HR software and tools.,Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.,Proven track record of successful HR initiatives.
