📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee the entire quality assurance process, from planning to execution and monitoring.
  • Lead a team of QA engineers and ensure they are equipped with the necessary tools and resources to perform their tasks effectively.
  • Develop and implement quality assurance strategies and best practices.
  • Conduct regular quality audits and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Work closely with development teams to identify and resolve quality issues.
  • Provide regular reports on the quality of our products and processes.
  • Continuously improve the quality assurance processes and procedures.
  • Mentor and train junior QA engineers to develop their skills and knowledge.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality assurance, with a proven track record in leading QA teams.
  • Strong knowledge of quality assurance methodologies, tools, and techniques.
  • Experience in working with agile methodologies and tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Professional certification in quality assurance (e.g., ISTQB, CSTE) is a plus.
