📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the store, including inventory management, staff scheduling, and customer service.,Ensure that all store policies and procedures are followed, and that the store is maintained to a high standard.,Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability.,Train and develop store staff to ensure they are equipped with the necessary skills to provide excellent customer service.,Conduct regular store audits to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.,Manage the store's budget and ensure that all financial transactions are accurate and compliant with company policies.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure that the store's needs are met and that the store is aligned with the company's overall strategy.,Provide regular reports to the Store Manager on the store's performance and any issues that need to be addressed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a retail or store management role.,Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software.,Familiarity with retail operations and trends is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
