Cafe Anggi Health Center is seeking a skilled Technical Writer to join our team. As a Technical Writer, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining technical documentation for our software and hardware products. This is a remote position, offering the flexibility to work from anywhere in Indonesia. We are looking for a professional who is passionate about clear and concise communication and has a strong understanding of technical concepts.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain technical documentation for software and hardware products,Collaborate with engineers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure accurate and up-to-date information,Write clear, concise, and user-friendly documentation that is easy to understand,Create tutorials, guides, and manuals to help users get the most out of our products,Review and edit documentation to ensure consistency and accuracy,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical writing,Assist in the development of training materials and other educational content,Provide support to customers and users through documentation and other resources

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English, or a related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical writing,Strong understanding of technical concepts and processes,Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English,Proficiency in using technical writing tools and software,Ability to work independently and meet deadlines,Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools is a plus,Familiarity with health and wellness industry is a plus
