📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including food preparation, service, and cleanliness.,Manage and train a team of staff to ensure high-quality service and customer satisfaction.,Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed, and that the restaurant is maintained to a high standard.,Monitor and control food and beverage inventory, and ensure that orders are accurate and delivered on time.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Ensure that all financial transactions are accurate and that the restaurant is profitable.,Work closely with the medical center's administration to ensure that the restaurant meets the needs of the patients and staff.,Ensure that all customer complaints are addressed and resolved in a timely and satisfactory manner.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant management.,Experience in managing a team of staff in a fast-paced environment.,Understanding of health and safety regulations in the food service industry.,Experience in inventory management and financial control.,Ability to develop and implement marketing strategies.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with other departments.
