📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.,Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, both retail and wholesale.,Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.,Conduct market research to identify sales opportunities and trends.,Train and mentor junior sales staff to improve performance.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.,Participate in inventory management and ensure stock levels are optimized.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
