📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee the company's financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.,Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and standards.,Prepare and analyze financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Oversee the payroll process, ensuring accurate and timely payment of employees.,Manage relationships with external auditors and financial advisors.,Develop and implement financial strategies to support the company's growth and profitability.,Monitor and control the company's expenses, ensuring they are in line with budget and financial policies.,Provide financial guidance and support to the management team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior finance management role.,Strong knowledge of financial regulations and standards, including GAAP and IFRS.,Proven experience in financial reporting and analysis.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Proficiency in financial software and tools, such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Experience in a healthcare or retail environment is a plus.
