New Camp Nusantara is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Fleet Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating our company's fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are maintained, serviced, and operated efficiently.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Manage and oversee the daily operations of the company's fleet.
  • Ensure all vehicles are maintained, serviced, and operated in accordance with company policies and regulations.
  • Coordinate with drivers, mechanics, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth fleet operations.
  • Monitor fuel consumption, vehicle performance, and maintenance schedules.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve fleet efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.
  • Provide regular reports on fleet performance and maintenance.
  • Handle any fleet-related issues or emergencies promptly and effectively.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in fleet management.
  • Proven track record of managing and coordinating fleets.
  • Strong knowledge of fleet management software and systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
  • Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
