📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee all aspects of HR and People Operations, including recruitment, onboarding, training, and employee relations.
  • Ensure compliance with local regulations and company policies.
  • Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the company's goals and values.
  • Manage employee benefits and compensation packages.
  • Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to employees.
  • Lead and mentor HR team members.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in HR and People Operations.
  • Collaborate with other departments to address HR-related issues and opportunities.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5-7 years of experience in HR and People Operations, with a focus on remote work environments.
  • Strong knowledge of HR laws and regulations in Indonesia.
  • Proven track record of success in managing HR and People Operations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
  • Familiarity with HRIS (Human Resource Information System) and other HR technologies.
