Green Harvest is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Sales Executive to join our Business Development team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in driving our sales growth by identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and strategic planning.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Achieve and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies and tactics.
  • Conduct market analysis and provide insights to support business decisions.
  • Manage and mentor junior sales staff to ensure team success.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in sales and business development.
  • Report regularly on sales performance and progress.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales and business development, preferably in a B2B or B2C environment.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
  • Understanding of the Indonesian market and business culture.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
