Code Global Mandiri is a leading retail company in Bali, offering a wide range of products to our valued customers. We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Senior Shop Assistant to join our team in Nusa Dua. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, managing the shop floor, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.,Manage the shop floor, including stock control, pricing, and merchandising.,Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records.,Train and mentor junior staff to ensure high service standards.,Promote sales and achieve targets through effective upselling and cross-selling techniques.,Ensure the shop is clean, tidy, and well-presented at all times.,Monitor and report on sales performance and customer feedback.,Assist in the implementation of the company's retail strategies and initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a retail environment, preferably in a similar role.,Strong knowledge of retail operations and customer service best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluent in English and Indonesian.,Experience with POS systems and retail software is a plus.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and improving customer satisfaction.,Ability to lift and move heavy items as part of the job duties.
