Provide high-quality dialysis care to patients, ensuring their safety and comfort.,Monitor and manage patients' conditions, adjusting treatment plans as needed.,Perform routine and emergency dialysis procedures, including hemodialysis and peritoneal dialysis.,Educate patients and their families about renal diseases, treatment options, and self-care.,Collaborate with the medical team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation.,Participate in staff meetings and training sessions to enhance professional development.,Promote a positive and supportive work environment for both patients and staff.🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
