📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily warehouse operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.,Manage inventory levels, including stock receipts, storage, and distribution.,Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of goods.,Implement and monitor inventory control systems to minimize stockouts and overstocks.,Conduct regular audits to maintain accurate inventory records and identify discrepancies.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the warehouse environment.,Train and supervise warehouse staff to maintain high standards of performance.,Optimize warehouse layout and processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of inventory management software and systems.,Proven ability to lead and motivate a team.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with health and safety regulations in the warehouse environment.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in Indonesian, with English being an advantage.
