📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the cashiering process, including handling payments, issuing receipts, and resolving customer inquiries.,Ensure accurate and timely recording of all transactions.,Maintain a clean and organized cashiering area, including restocking supplies and cleaning equipment.,Provide excellent customer service, addressing customer concerns and complaints in a professional and polite manner.,Assist in maintaining accurate inventory records.,Follow all company policies and procedures related to cash handling and customer service.,Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Previous experience in a cashier or retail role is preferred but not required.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Basic knowledge of cash handling and transaction processing.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems is a plus.,Willingness to learn and adapt to new systems and processes.
