📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.,Manage and train store staff to maintain high levels of performance and customer service.,Monitor inventory levels and implement restocking strategies to prevent stockouts.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues to maintain customer satisfaction.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase sales and customer engagement.,Prepare and present regular reports on store performance to management.,Assist in the planning and execution of store events and promotions.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail management or a similar role.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using retail management software and tools.,Familiarity with inventory management and sales techniques.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Knowledge of Indonesian retail industry and market trends.
