📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Assist Sales Consultants in achieving sales targets by providing excellent customer service.
  • Manage and maintain accurate sales data and records.
  • Support the development and implementation of sales strategies and promotional activities.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Assist in training and mentoring new team members.
  • Provide feedback and suggestions for process improvements.
  • Assist in the organization and execution of sales events and promotions.
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and loyalty.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales or customer service, preferably in the food or medical industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work well in a team environment.
  • Familiarity with sales software and data management tools.
  • Indonesian language proficiency.
  • English language proficiency is a plus.
