📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and optimize our online sales channels to maximize sales and customer satisfaction.,Develop and implement e-commerce strategies to drive growth and improve performance.,Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.,Collaborate with marketing, sales, and customer service teams to ensure seamless e-commerce operations.,Stay up-to-date with the latest e-commerce trends and technologies to implement best practices.,Provide training and support to sales and customer service teams on e-commerce platforms and tools.,Work closely with the IT team to ensure the smooth functioning of our e-commerce platforms.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in e-commerce or a similar role.,Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms and tools, such as Shopify, Magento, or WooCommerce.,Proficient in data analysis and reporting tools, such as Google Analytics or Excel.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Familiarity with SEO and digital marketing principles is a plus.
