Hotel Rama Health Center is seeking a dedicated HR Generalist to join our team in Ubud. We are looking for a professional who can manage all aspects of human resources, from recruitment to employee relations. This role offers a competitive salary and a dynamic work environment in the heart of Bali.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.,Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.,Handle employee relations, including disciplinary actions and performance management.,Coordinate with department heads to address staffing needs and resolve workplace issues.,Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.,Conduct training and development programs for employees.,Oversee payroll processing and benefits administration.,Ensure a positive and inclusive work environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR, preferably in a hotel or hospitality setting.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Familiarity with HR software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Proven track record of managing employee relations and resolving conflicts.
