Apotek Putri Fried Chicken is seeking a motivated and experienced Lead Cashier to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing our restaurant's cashier operations, ensuring smooth transactions, and providing excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cash handling, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Managing all cashier transactions, including sales, refunds, and exchanges.,Ensuring accurate and efficient processing of customer orders.,Providing excellent customer service and resolving any issues that may arise.,Maintaining a clean and organized cashier area.,Assisting with inventory management and restocking.,Training and supervising junior cashiers.,Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.,Reporting any irregularities or discrepancies to the appropriate personnel.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 3 years of experience as a cashier in a restaurant or similar environment.,Strong background in cash handling and financial transactions.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.,Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems is a plus.,Knowledge of Indonesian language is required.,Ability to lift and move heavy objects up to 20 kg.,Valid ID and work permit (if applicable).
