Provide direct patient care, including assessments, treatments, and monitoring of vital signs.,Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans.,Administer medications as prescribed by physicians.,Document patient care activities accurately and maintain patient records.,Assist in the preparation and administration of patient meals and fluids.,Educate patients and their families about their health conditions and treatment plans.,Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care.,Maintain a clean and safe nursing unit by following infection control protocols.🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
