📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and optimize warehouse operations, including inventory management, stock control, and order fulfillment.
• Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and customers to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods.
• Implement and maintain efficient logistics processes, including transportation, loading, and unloading.
• Monitor and analyze logistics performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as industry standards.
• Train and mentor junior staff to develop their skills and knowledge.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement in logistics operations.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices in logistics and supply chain management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in logistics operations or a similar role.
• Proficient in using logistics management software, such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and transportation management systems (TMS).
• Certification in Logistics and Supply Chain Management or a related field is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
