📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the preparation of food and beverages according to established recipes and standards.,Ensure the quality and safety of all food products.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.,Train and supervise kitchen staff.,Manage inventory and ordering of food supplies.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Develop and implement new menu items and recipes.,Monitor food costs and contribute to budgeting.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 5 years of experience as a Head Chef or similar role.,Proven track record of managing kitchen operations effectively.,Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent communication and leadership skills.,Familiarity with remote work tools and technologies.,Bachelor's degree in Culinary Arts or related field (preferred but not required).,Certification in food safety and handling (preferred).
