Plus Town Jaya is seeking a skilled Technical Writer to join our team. As a Technical Writer, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining technical documentation for our software products. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Create and maintain technical documentation for software products,Collaborate with developers and product managers to ensure accurate and up-to-date documentation,Write clear, concise, and user-friendly technical content,Develop and implement documentation strategies to improve user experience,Review and edit technical documents for accuracy and clarity,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical writing,Provide support to customers and users through documentation and training materials

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English, or a related field,Minimum 2 years of experience in technical writing,Strong understanding of technical concepts and software development processes,Excellent writing and communication skills in English,Familiarity with documentation tools and software, such as MadCap Flare, Confluence, or Markdown,Ability to work independently and meet deadlines,Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
