📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company's goals and objectives.

Manage recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes.

Oversee employee relations, including conflict resolution and performance management.

Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.

Design and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and development.

Manage employee benefits and compensation packages.

Conduct regular HR audits and provide recommendations for improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management, preferably in a similar industry.

Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.

Proven experience in recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.

Familiarity with HRIS and other HR management software.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
