📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.,Manage and motivate a team of store staff to achieve sales targets.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Monitor inventory levels and implement effective stock control measures.,Conduct regular store audits to assess performance and identify areas for improvement.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the store and attract customers.,Maintain a clean and well-organized store environment.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management, preferably in a similar role.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and improving store performance.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Familiarity with retail software and point-of-sale systems.,Knowledge of Indonesian retail industry and market trends.,Ability to speak and understand Indonesian fluently.
