Agung Maya Electronics is looking for a dedicated Telemarketing Executive to join our sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting our products and services to potential customers through various communication channels. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to promote our products and services.,Maintain and update customer databases to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.,Follow up on leads and track customer inquiries to ensure timely responses.,Provide excellent customer service and address any concerns or issues raised by customers.,Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the sales team.,Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective sales strategies.,Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance your sales and communication skills.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 1 year of experience in telemarketing or a related sales role.,Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Indonesian.,Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.,Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools is a plus.,Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.,Proactive, enthusiastic, and customer-focused attitude.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
