📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist with cleaning and maintenance tasks to ensure all areas are kept tidy and well-maintained.
• Provide general support to staff and guests as needed.
• Handle and manage inventory, including restocking and ordering supplies.
• Perform basic repairs and troubleshooting for minor issues.
• Support event planning and execution, including setup and breakdown.
• Assist with guest services, such as check-ins and check-outs.
• Work collaboratively with the team to ensure all tasks are completed efficiently.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
• Familiarity with cleaning and maintenance tools and equipment.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy objects.
• Basic knowledge of English is a plus.
• Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle is a plus.
