📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in maintenance management, preferably in a residential or commercial property setting.
• Proven track record of managing maintenance teams and ensuring high-quality service.
• Strong knowledge of maintenance management software, such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.
• Certification in facility management or a related field is a plus.
