📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and mentor a team of enrollment coordinators, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their targets and deliver exceptional service to our students.
• Develop and implement enrollment strategies that align with our business goals and drive student enrollment.
• Oversee the enrollment process, from initial inquiry to course completion, ensuring a seamless and enriching learning experience for our students.
• Collaborate with our sales and marketing teams to identify and pursue new enrollment opportunities.
• Use data and analytics to track our enrollment performance and make data-driven decisions to improve our results.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in enrollment management, and share your knowledge with your team.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations, and maintain accurate and up-to-date records of our enrollment activities.
• Foster a positive and productive work environment, promoting teamwork, collaboration, and continuous learning and development.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• 5+ years of experience in enrollment management or a related field.
• A bachelor's degree in education, business administration, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of enrollment management software, such as Salesforce or similar platforms.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.
• A strategic mindset and the ability to develop and implement effective enrollment strategies.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
